Mother's Day :)

Aah, Mother's Day. That one day when we suck it all up and try to put on our best behavior. Here are my thoughts on Mother's Day.

The person who first started the tradition of observing Mother's Day (Anna Jarvis) is a genius. I mean, think about it. 7.8 billion people in the world and she is the best fit for you (Yes, I got that from Young Sheldon).

I'm just spitballing here but how about baking her a cake for her special day? It will be great. Or maybe not, but she will appreciate the gesture. I personally prefer baking her mug cakes. They're easy and light and take about 10 minutes to make. Literally the least you could do 😉.

All the mothers in the world have a hard time taming their kids and they deserve a day to themselves. A day when they are pampered and spoiled and coddled like they have had to do every other day.

My own mom is a priceless gem, a diamond that's come from under intense pressure. She has been a role model for me and shown me exactly how I want to carry myself out into the world when I'm older.

To all the moms in the world, you should know you are doing a great job.
